Section 4.2 Minimum Floor Areas. <br /> (a) Lots 132-134 and 140-143 are added to the Garden Home Lots. <br /> (b) Lots 135-139 and 144-148 are added to the Manor Home Lots. <br /> 7. Each lot owner is responsible for repairs, replacement, and maintenance of the <br /> sanitary sewer lateral from the house to the Village owned sewer main in the <br /> street. Typically, the sewer lateral for each house connects directly to the <br /> main, but Lots 147 and 148 share a sanitary sewer lateral. Such shared lateral <br /> extends from the Village main located in Autumn Blaze Trail to the point <br /> between the curb and sidewalk where the lateral splits though a wye fitting to <br /> serve the individual lots. The owners of Lots 147 and 148 shall each be <br /> responsible for 50% of the cost of any repairs, maintenance, replacement, or <br /> other work required from, and including, the wye fitting to, and including, the <br /> connection with the Village main. Each such owner shall be solely responsible <br /> for 100%of any repairs, maintenance, replacement, or other work required on <br /> the remaining portion of the lateral serving that owner's lot. <br /> 8. The effective date of this Fifth Amendment shall be October 3rd of 2014. <br /> 9. General. <br /> (a) Governing Law. This Fifth Amendment shall be construed, <br /> interpreted, enforced and governed by and in accordance with <br /> the laws of the State of Wisconsin. <br /> (b) Successors. This Fifth Amendment shall be binding upon the <br /> Developer and all of the owners of the Lots, and the respective <br /> successors and assigns. <br /> (c) Confirmation of the Restrictions and Covenants.
