<br /> <br />Dane County Zoning Division <br />City-County Building <br />210 Martin Luther King,]r., Blvd., Room 116 <br />Madison Wisconsin 53703 <br />(608) 266-4266/266-9083 Fax (608) 267-1540 <br /> <br />DANE COUNTY <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #2135 <br /> <br />THE ZONING AND LAND REGULATION COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br />BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> <br />GRANT Conditional Use Permit #2135 for a Mineral Extraction Site pursuant to Dane <br />County Code of Ordinance Section 10.191 and subject to any conditions contained <br />herein. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: JULY 12, 2010 <br /> <br />JULY 12, 2020 <br /> <br />THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />EXPIRATION DATE: <br /> <br />Part of the W V2 of the NE V4 and part of the NW V4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of <br />Vermont as described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section, <br />thence North along the North-South quarter line, 2615.76 feet, to the point of beginning; <br />thence North 640 East, 730.16 feet; thence North 010 West, 1149.2 feet; thence South 790 <br />West, 646.59 feet to the North-South quarter line; thence South 1353.64 feet to the point of <br />beginning. The boundary constists of approximately 18.8 acres. <br /> <br />CONDmONS: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall submit an erosion control plan covering the entire CUP area for the <br />duration of operations, and receive approval of an erosion control permit prior to <br />commencing extraction operations. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall apply for and receive all other required local, state and federal permits. <br /> <br />3. The operator shall develop and operate the site according to the proposed site and <br />reclamation plan and the description of operations as provided in the application for CUP <br />2135 submitted on February 12, 2010. <br /> <br />4. Operations shall cease no later than ten (10) years from the date of CUP approval. <br /> <br />5. The total excavated area of the site shall not exceed ten (10) acres. Prior to the excavated <br />area moving beyond the 10-acre limit, a minimum of 3 acres shall be reclaimed per <br />Chapter 74 prior to the continuation the mineral extraction operation.
