Owner(s) of record: Meinholz LLC. <br />. Agent: Tim Geoghegan, Manager, Yahara Materials, Inc. <br />. Size, zoning, use of existing parcel: 80 acre site owned by Meinholz LLC (formerly <br />owned by Larry & Karen Burkalow Revocable Trust) has been a mineral extraction <br />site for limestone products since the 1930s according to Geoghegan. The land was <br />rezoned to A-2 with a CUP for Mineral Extraction in 1984 (see History below). <br />. Rezone/CUP desired: Allow a portable asphalt plant to be placed at various <br />locations within the mineral extraction site area over a 25-year period. US Highway <br />12, which was recently relocated closer to the site, would provide for traffic to and <br />from the asphalt plant, which would operate seasonally. <br />. Number of new home sites created: None <br />· History: Pet. 3147, effective _ and CUP 349, effective 03/13/1984, Yahara <br />Materials Inc., agent for owner Al Meinholz, created the A-2 zoned area with a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Mineral Extr2 ction. Conditions of the CUP included a <br />locked gate, ingress/egress location change by July 1984, reclamation plan with <br />performance bond, effective "until such t'.me as the County may determine, upon <br />
