<br />h. Will the requested conditional use be in harmony with the adjacent neighborhood and Town of <br />Springfield Land Use Plan? <br />1. Any major land use changes adjacent to the subject property? New road or highway, new dam, or <br />adjacent land use change, etc. <br />J. Will the proposed use be located so that it will not impact or limit neighboring farm operations. <br />k. An explanation of the objectives to be achieved by the planned development, including building <br />descriptions, sketches or elevations as may be required to describe the objectives. <br />1. Initial development-phasing timetable indicating the approximate date when construction of the <br />planned development or stages of the development can be expected to begin and be completed. <br />m. A listing of all permitted uses within the planning area. <br />n. The density and type of dwellings. Gross square footage and ground coverage of all <br />nonresidential structures (Floor Area Ratio). <br />o. The internal traffic and circulation systems, off-street parking areas, service areas, loading areas, and <br />major points of access to public right-of-ways. <br />p. The location, height, and size of proposed signs, lighting and advertising devices. <br />q. A description of the proposed method of providing ongoing (permanent) maintenance of all <br />commonly owned or publicly dedicated buildings, facilities, areas and thoroughfares. <br />7. SCALE DRAWING OR MAP of the parcel must be included with this form. Include as much <br />detail as possible. All current and proposed structures, sewage systems and roads must be shown. A <br />crude sketch will not be accepted. See submittal requirements. (Pages 13 to 20) <br />8.
