CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />An application for a Conditional Use shall include the following items: <br />(1) The application form supplied by the County. <br />(2) Vicinity map. <br />(3) Site development plan drawing or drawings, showing the following: <br /> <br />YES NO <br />L <br /> <br />-L <br /> <br />x <br /> <br />S- <br /> <br />-X-- <br /> <br />L <br />i <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />1- <br /> <br />1- <br />t- <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Property dimensions, including lot lines. <br /> <br />Scale 1" = 1 00' (max) <br /> <br />North Arrow <br /> <br />Existing & Proposed Topographic at one-foot intervals. <br /> <br />Dimensions and location of all proposed structures, their footprints <br />and height, location of entrances and loading points. All structures <br />must be dimensioned and setbacks shown. Any structure within 10 <br />feet of an easement must show the distance between the closest points <br />of the structure to the nearest point of the easement. Note total <br />building coverage - percent and square footage. Include setback <br />dimensions from property lines. <br /> <br />Name and dimension of all public and private road right-of-ways, <br />points of access on or adjacent to the proposed site and surface <br />materials. <br /> <br />Location, type, and purpose of each utility that is on-site including <br />electrical, gas, telephone, cable, water, and septic field. <br /> <br />Location, dimension and surface materials of required off-street <br />parking and loading areas. (Note total number of parking spaces <br />provided and parking lot lighting arrangements). <br /> <br />The structure's use (for parking calculations), the gross floor area, and <br />an estimate of the number of vehicle trips generated by the various <br />uses on the site. <br /> <br />Dimensions and locations for all driveways, driving lanes, bicycle lanes <br />and pedestrian ways. All public improvements should be labeled, with <br />dimensions, and ties out to property lines. <br /> <br />Various notes, as necessary shall be included. <br /> <br />Dimensions and location of all walls, fences, green spaces, and screen <br />plantings adjacent to public right-of-ways and on the site, particularly <br />around equipment storage areas and trash disposal facilities. <br /> <br />18 <br />
