Services range <br />from a single office storefront, neighborhood restaurant, Open Pantry store with gas <br />pumps to nine single family structures. <br /> <br />Prooosed Uses: <br />The intent is to expand the Novation Campus to the south and implement phase two as <br />illustrated in the master plan (See attachment IIC"). To accomplish this we need to <br />modify existing parcels, create new parcels and establish new R.O.W's for roads and <br />infrastructure. We are in the process developing a preliminary plat. This petition will allow <br />us to appropriately adjust the zoning to phase development as illustrated in the master <br />plan. <br />
