<br />The intent is to continue to develop a variety of mixed uses. These uses will include multi- <br />storied office buildings, flex-use buildings, retail, restaurants, and the possibility of a hotel. <br /> <br />In addition to the mix of uses the rezoning request allows for building heights required by <br />anticipated future uses. The campus is also trying to create a physical plan along a <br />primary street that will introduce urban character with on street parking, sidewalks and <br />smaller building setbacks. The change in zoning will allow us to accomplish this. <br /> <br />Neiahboring Prooertv Use: <br />The property east of Rimrock Road continues to be a mix of both multi-family and single <br />family use. In addition to the residential use there is a proposed church and the Badger <br />Bowl in the near vicinity. <br /> <br />The redevelopment of this site compliments the completion of the firs phase of the <br />Novation Campus. Six buildings have been completed within the past four years <br />providing office space, up scale auto sales, banking, technical education and <br />professional consulting offices. <br /> <br />The redeveloped site will continue the current use with the addition of more retail and <br />office space. <br /> <br />Develooment Time Schedule: <br />It is anticipated that the redevelopment will be completed within the next 5-8 years. <br />
