<br />CONCLUSIONS <br /> <br />1. The Dane County Comprehensive Plan is complete. It went into <br /> <br />effect on January 1, 2008. Thus, any proposed plat must be measured against the <br /> <br />Plan (and component master plans) in their current form. <br /> <br />2. The process by which the CDP was created and approved meets the <br /> <br />objectives and goals of the Dane County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />3. Development of the Novation Campus II plat complies with, and <br /> <br />meets the objectives and goals of, the Dane County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />4.
