Recommendation per Special Committee is: Zoning Permit approval with the condition <br />of Implementing a Task Force. <br /> <br />I want to personally thank the Zoning Committee for your deligence on this special matter. The <br />discussions would not have been expediated without the assistance of Dane County Board of <br />Supervisors; Roger Lane, Zoning Administrator; Todd Violante, AICP Director; Scott McDonell- <br />Chair of Dane County Board of Supervisors, Supervisor John Hendricks; Supervisor Jack Martz; <br />Pastor David Smith-South Madison Planning Council Director; Jim Campbell, Town of Madison <br />Chair; Rick Rose-Town of Madison Planner; Jay Allen-City of Fitchburg Alder; Jason Strangland- <br />JJR Consulting. I give a distinguished honor to the Southdale-Rimrock Neighborhood Association <br />& the Alexander Company for your willingness to dialogue. I thank you all for the time well spent <br />on this important issue. I could not have facilitated the meeting without input from all who attended <br />or just gave me words of encouragement. <br /> <br />I will attend the Zoning Committee special meeting along with Representative from SNRA & <br />Alexander Co just in case you have any questions. I have attached the SNRA Conditions as well <br />as the Community Benefits Agreement Plan. Condition #1- Community Benefits Agreement is <br />illegal to enter into because the Association is not LLC or Inc. The other 8 conditions were referred <br />to the Task Force for futher discussions.
