The application of the conditional use is a way of approaching <br />the planning of the overall campus holistically; yet accommodate phased development <br />within the guidance of the County's ordinance. <br /> <br />We wish to accommodate current residents leasing the existing homes until it is time to <br />construct roads and improvements related to new development. Current residents are <br />aware of the master plan and currently hold leases based on a 30-day notification. <br /> <br />There is one owner occupied structure whose owner has signed an agreement to transfer <br />ownership of his property when he is no longer able to maintain the property due to his <br />age and health. <br />
