Prooosed CUP: CUP for single-family residence in C-1: 10.13(2) (a) The intent of the application is to allow for short-term continued use of existing single- family residences with the understanding that they will be removed to accommodate the implementation of phased development with associated construction. The phased implementation of the master plan would include both private development and public infrastructure. The application of the conditional use is a way of approaching the planning of the overall campus holistically; yet accommodate phased development within the guidance of the County's ordinance. We wish to accommodate current residents leasing the existing homes until it is time to construct roads and improvements related to new development. Current residents are aware of the master plan and currently hold leases based on a 30-day notification. There is one owner occupied structure whose owner has signed an agreement to transfer ownership of his property when he is no longer able to maintain the property due to his age and health.
