PROPOSED CONDITIONS for "REZONE PETITION #9900"

FOR THE SOUTHDALE NEIGHBORHOOD

Southdale-Rimrock Neighborhood Association info@southdalerimrock.org July 9, 2008

In order to move forward with the redevelopment of our neighborhood, we propose that specific
conditions be included in the approval of the Preliminary Plat and Rezone Petition #9900, submitted by
the Alexander Company. We hope this proposal serves as a foundation for cooperation and dialog. We
believe that the redevelopment of our area should proceed expeditiously, but we also believe that public
dollars and resources should be used for public good. The Southdale-Rimrock Neighborhood Association
(SRNA) is proud to be part of better dialog and a democratic process of neighborhood transformation. We
are happy to elaborate on these proposals.

CONDITIONS:

-7 1. COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT

~ ~D\ CLJ\':")"\Q.
