<br />DRAFT <br />07/10/2008 <br /> <br />Rezone Petition #9900 <br /> <br />Draft <br />Consideration for the Attached Conditions <br /> <br />The following list attempts to identify acceptable conditions promoting the <br />common goals and the intent of the Southdale Neighborhood Plan (SNP). <br /> <br />The objective is to be supportive of these goals and participate, where <br />appropriate, in organizational initiatives intended to foster community benefits <br />and unilateral communication throughout the neighborhood. <br /> <br />1. Traffic Calming + Management <br />Support and participate in the recommendations described in the July <br />2nd Draft of the SNP pages 42-45. . <br /> <br />· Specific efforts will be directed towards: <br /> <br />· Promoting Transportation Demand Management, <br /> <br />· Promoting limiting truck access into the residential districts and <br />enforcement of such controls <br /> <br />2. Diverse Housing <br /> <br />Support initiatives pro-mating diverse housing options in regards to <br />housing type, affordability and availability as summarized in the July <br />2nd Draft of the SN P pages 46-47. <br /> <br />Continue to partner with.county initiatives <br /> <br />Continue to partner with Habitat initiatives <br /> <br />3. Employment Opportunities <br /> <br />To continue to market the campus as a mixed use employment center. <br />To promote the principals expressed in the SNP. <br />
