<br /> <br />1976 <br /> <br />Berureen 1968 and 1976, the majority of the multi-family <br />structures were constructed \vest of the landfills. The <br />current residential road network is in place, with only <br />one connection to East Badger and one connection to <br />Ski Lane. By 1976, the Ski Lane Condominiums, the <br />Moorland-Rimrock Neighborhood, and the City of <br />rrladison's industrial area west of USH 14 were under <br />development. <br /> <br />1986 <br /> <br />In the decade after 1976, additional multi-family structures <br />were constructed on Country Rose Court. It is important <br />to note that by 1986, the Southdale Neighborhood outside <br />the Novation Campus was largely developed as it is today. <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />Little change occurred in the Southdale Neighborhood <br />between 1986 and 2000. iYIini-warehouse storage units <br />were constructed at the end of Ski Lane. East of the <br />neighborhood, the Indian Springs Neighborhood was <br />developed. <br /> <br />Since 2000, Ski Lane and East Badger have been <br />connected by a new bridge over the rail corridor, and <br />Beltline frontage and Novation Campus redevelopment <br />has begun. <br /> <br />_ JULY 2008 <br /> <br />II- <br />
