He is <br />the owner of Lot 1, CSM # 9464, A-2(4) "7576" w C�9, unlimited livest� Town of Sun Prairie, Section 20, SW <br />1/4 SW 1/4. The net square feet shown on the CS 4 --- <br />He is proposing a 48' x 15' addition to the horse barn, as labeled on the CSM, to attach it to the 118' x 60' hay and <br />equipment shed, Dane County zoning permit # DCPZP-2010-00693, to the north of the hosre barn. <br />Section 10.04(1)(b)4. of the DCCO states that the maximum lot coverage in A-2 is 10%. 1 confirmed this with the Zoning <br />Administrator on December 20, 2011. <br />The building layer in ARCMAP shows a total of 27,900 square feet for the existing residence and all the existing, <br />accessory buildings. I included the 7080 square feet from DCPZP-2011-00693 in that total, but not the proposed 720 <br />square feet.
