4) 1 don't see any negative impact on the property, community or neighborhood. The addition
would just make using the buildings safer and more efficient in the day -today operation tot
everyone involved and would also be more aesthetically pleasing. This small addition would
hardly be noticed by people driving by the property and most wouldn't even know about, the
addition. At present, the addition is approximately 60% complete but I talked to Russell on. a
Monday regarding this addition (this was last fall) and at that time asked him if it was okay with
him to start and we would get the permits Wednesday when he was in the area thus saving us a
trip to his office. Between Monday and Wednesday we got snme very unexpected help im)
completing the outside of the addition. On Wednesday when Mussell came over he informed us
about being over the 10% rule, and, the construction. stopped. He explained how everything else
was in compliance except being over the 1.09/6. This is Russell stated that this is his first
experience regarding the 10% zoning rule.
2/2'd abSZz92809ti:01 22SILVTS809 3A3Aone :woaA Sa:tiZ 2TO2-2T-dUW
