The petitioner has reimbursed the Town of Windsor for all costs and expenses incurred in <br /> connection with the review and approval of the Site Plan, including, but not limited to, the cost of <br /> professional services incurred for the review and preparation of required documents, attendance of <br /> meetings or other related services. <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CONSISTENCY: <br /> The proposed site plan is consistent with the Town of Windsor Comprehensive Plan: 2025. <br /> SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE CONSISTENCY: <br /> N/A <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE CONSISTENCY: <br /> The proposed site plan is consistent with Dane County's Conditional Use Permit#1545. <br /> SITE PLAN REVIEW ORDINANCE CONSISTENCY: <br /> Per the Site Plan Review Regulations for the Town of Windsor, the following site plan application <br /> submittal requirements were not provided for review: <br /> 1. The proposed site plan does not identify the correct building and yard setback lines per the C-1, <br /> Commercial District of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. ***Planner Note: The proposed <br /> development is part of a condominium plat; therefore the building setbacks are measured from CTH <br /> CV and railroad rights-of-way. The building setbacks identified on the Site Plan are valid.*** <br /> 2. The proposed site plan does not identify the location for the outdoor lighting or provide the product <br /> lighting information. ***Planner Note: The petitioner has addressed the requirement in the revised <br /> Site Plan.*** <br /> 3. The proposed site plan identifies easements for sewer and water services but does not identify <br /> easements for other utility services (i.e. electrical, gas, etc.). ***Planner Note: The petitioner has <br /> addressed the requirement in the revised Site Plan.*** <br /> EXHIBITS: <br /> 1.
