'.aid parcel contains 2,47 acres more or less. he following occupancy of the TENANT to be from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2018, subject to t e following rights of the OWNER and contingent upon the proper performance of the following .bligations of the TENANT: 1, he OWNER shall have the right to enter upon the property for the purpose of reasonable inspection •uring the entire term of occupancy. OWNER shall also have the right to do whatever testing and rvey work as may be necessary for the proposed highway project. 2. •ersonat property and personal liability insurance shall be the obligation of the TENANT. 3. he OWNER shall have the right to claim damages against the TENANT, upon surrender of possession t the TENANT, in the event that said TENANT has not complied with this agreement. 4. he TENANT agrees that the right of possession shall not include the right to rent or lease or permit any o cupancy to a third party not named in this agreement. 5. to TENANT will be responsible for the normal maintenance of all improvements, including fences and tl a land so described in this lease; and further agrees not to remove from the premises any soil, v:gelation(other than crops and weeds)or land improvements without written permission of the OWNER. 8. T e TENANT agrees to pay all claims against themselves or the property which may arise as a result of t eir occupancy; agrees to save harmless the OWNER from claims as may arise from said occupancy; a d further agrees to provide liability insurance policies in the aggregate amount of not less than $ ,000,000.00 and to name the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, its agents and o nployees, as additional insured on such liability insurance policies. 7, If the TENANT shall leave any personal property on said premises, the OWNER shall have the right to d:.pose of said property without liability after the TENANT vacates or abandons the property, The T:NANT shall give the OWNER written notice of the date of vacation. 8. T a TENANT agrees to use said lands exclusively for public purposes, keep it clear of noxious weeds, a d to employ safe and acceptable practices. 9. T-NANT may construct a 6-post structure with picnic tables at a location on the property that does not o"struct roadway vision corners. No other buildings or structures are to be erected or dismantled without prior written agreement of the OWNER. 10. N. marketable timber including firewood is to be removed without prior written approval. 11.
