SHARED DRIVEWAY AGREEME
<br /> WHEREAS, STEVEN L. BOWAR and COLLEEN M.BOW• R,husband and wife,
<br /> (hereinafter referred to as `Bowar") are the current owners of the following described property:
<br /> Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Certified Survey Map No. ,recon ed in the Dane County
<br /> Register of Deeds Office, in Volume of Certified S ey Maps,Pages
<br /> ,as Document No. , located the Northwest 1/4 of the
<br /> Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town 7 North, Range 7 East, To of Cross Plains, Dane
<br /> County, Wisconsin(hereinafter referred to collectively as "Lo and the current and
<br /> future owners of said Lots as"Lot Owners").
<br /> AND WHEREAS, Bowar desires to establish access to Lots 2, 3, and 4 through a shared
<br /> driveway agreement(hereinafter"Driveway Agreement")across a po ion of Lot 1 (hereinafter
<br /> "Easement Area"), which Easement Area is legally described as follo s:

<br /> Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more fully descri.ed as follows:

<br /> West 1477.35 feet along the North line of said Northwest 1/4 t. the Northeast
<br /> corner of said Lot 1 and the point of beginning; thence South 01°42'08" West
<br /> 290.27 feet along the East line of said Lot 1 to a point on the Mirth rth line of Lot 4

<br /> 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Driveway Agreement shall be o provide ingress and
<br /> egress of vehicles and pedestrians across the Easement Area for the ben fit of Lot Owners. It is
<br /> intended that each Lot Owner, together with their tenants,visitors,agen , assigns,and licensees,
