8. Modifications. This Driveway Agreement shall not be modified without unanimous <br /> consent of the Lot Owners and written preapproval of the Town of Cross Plains and Dane County <br /> Zoning and Land Regulation Committee. <br /> 9. Enforcement. The Town of Cross Plains; Dane County, and all Lot Owners shall have <br /> standing to enforce this Driveway Easement. <br /> 10. Assignment. This Driveway Agreement nor any part of the Easement Area shall be <br /> assigned in whole or part by any Lot Owner except to their successors in title. <br /> 11. Disputes. In the event the Lot Owners are not able to agree on any matter which is a <br /> subject of this Driveway Agreement, any Lot Owner may request the use of a mediator,and all <br /> Lot Owners will cooperate with a referral of their dispute to a mutually agreeable mediator. All <br /> Lot Owners will cooperate with the mediator, and all Lot Owners shall make a good faith effort to <br /> resolve the dispute by mediation. <br /> 12. Binding Effect.
