It appears from the survey that the shed is over the property <br /> line, but that the encroachment is less than what was indicated on the aerial photos. <br /> You contacted me twice since negotiations broke down with your son, and I <br /> indicated to you that this is our opportunity now, with the reduced square footages, to <br /> revisit our negotiations. <br /> If in fact we do a "land swap," clear title will need to be provided by Pam to your <br /> son and from your son to Pam for any land areas that are exchanged. Pam does not have <br /> a mortgage on her property, so she will not need lender consent.
