The delay in responding was due to my desire to seek legal counsel. <br /> We did have a meeting to consult with our law firm and came up with an offer described below. I have <br /> tried hard to be neighborly and to work with you to find a reasonable way to solve your problem. If <br /> Ms. Wolter provides me with the following,this issue will be resolved: <br /> • 1.5 acres as drawn on map <br /> • $25,000.00 certified check made out to Jonathan Phillips <br /> • Re-survey of property <br /> • Re-zoning of property <br /> • Pay accumulated property taxes for current year <br /> • Re-mortgaging fees <br /> • Any taxes and fees for property transfer <br /> • Locate correct property line markers stated in certified map 9108 . <br /> • The small shed will need be moved off and away from the property line to be in compliance with <br /> the code and set back rules of Dane County and Town of Dunn. <br /> • The LP tank will need to be moved for the set back rules and guide lines set by Dane County and <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> • The black top driveway will need to be moved since it is encroaching on my property lines as <br /> well. <br />
