NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> L <br /> (:OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a Public Hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin, Friday December 20, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. and <br /> a hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the matters <br /> to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters to <br /> be heard are as follows: <br /> #325. Appeal by Midland Builders, Inc. for a variance from side yard <br /> requirements as provided for by Section 10.06 (6) (a) of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of a resid- <br /> ence on Lot 25, Vestern Hills, Township of Fitchburg. <br /> #326. Appeal by Arnold Willes for a variance from side yard and Shoreland <br /> (setback from water) requirements as provided by Section 10.07 (6) (a) and <br /> 10.16 (7) (d) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary <br /> to permit construction of a deck addition to a residence located on part <br /> of Tots 4 & 5, Perris Park, Township of Dunn. <br /> #327. Appeal by Raymond P. Zweifel for a variance from setback requirements <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (2) of the Dane 'County Zoning Ordinance. Vari- <br /> ance is necessary to permit construction of an addition to a garage located <br /> on Lot 4, Block 14, Paoli, Township of Montrose. <br /> #328. Appeal by Thomas 0. Haig & Barbara H. Haig for a Special Exception <br /> Permit to construct a pond adjacent to Vermont Creek in the aF`4 SE g of Section <br /> 2, Township of Vermont. <br /> #329. Appeal by James E. Watts for A Special Exception Permit to construct <br /> a filled pathway, bridge, drainage ditches and ponds adjacent to and over <br /> the Sugar River in the SE:s4 NE>4 of Section 2, Township of Springdale. <br /> #330. Appeal by Millard Erickson for a variance from setback requirements <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (2) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Vari- <br /> ance is necessary to permit remodeling/repair and an addition to a residence <br /> located in the SE4 SF✓ of Section 18 , Township of Windsor. <br /> #331.
