Stats. 4661003, the Town of <br /> Rebury introcuced a resolution to consider vacation of a portion of the town road k own as <br /> I K in the Town of Roxbury as more fully described and depicted on the attached <br /> Map m as Exhibit A.which Map is expressly incorporated herein( Town Road-I:and. <br /> WHEREAS,on - J a public hearing on vacation of the Town Seed occurred; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS., prior to the public hearing the Town Clerk duly published a Class 3 notice <br /> announcing the public hearing and the name of the Town Road to be vacated:and. <br /> WHEREAS.prior to the public hearing the Town Clerk served a notice of the pubic tearing on <br /> all land owners abutting the portion of the Town Road to be vacated;and. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above clauses which are herein incorporated by <br /> reference.the Town Board of the Town of Roxbury resolves as follows: <br /> 1_ The public interest requires that the portion of the Town Road as depicted and <br /> further described on the attached Map,Exhibit A be vacated. <br /> 2_ This Tonal resolution shag be recorded in the Dane County Register of Deeds office. <br /> This resolution was duly considered and adopted by the Town Board of the Town of R <br /> pursuant to a vote of for and 46 against on this _day of 2DLIF <br /> TOWN Of R0XBURY <br /> 6 <br /> Ervin Breunig.Town Chair <br /> Art By <br /> fff- /l <br /> Robert Pings,Town • <br /> • <br />
