TOWN OF R XBURYji RESOLUTION NO. -4 6 /If- 6e RESOLUTION APPROVING DECISION TO FILE NOTICE OF PENDENCY FOR VACATION OF A TOWN ROAD AND INTRODUCTION OF THE VACATION RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Town Board has rev wed for vacation the selected portions of a Town Road known as fit' firkx, in the Town of Roxbury, as indicated on thV attached Notice of Pendency; and, WHEREAS, after clue consideration and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 66.1003 and § 840.11, the Town Board wishes to introduce a resolution considering vacation of same, wishes to immediately file the Notice of Pendency with the Register of Deeds Office, send notices to all owners of property abutting the highway that may be vacated, hold a public hearing,further consider and finally act on a resolution regarding the vacation of the Town Road and adopt or reject such resolution. NOW THEREFORE,FOLLOWING CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE RECITALS,WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THE TOWN OF ROXBURY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1. The attached Notice of Pendency shall be promptly filed with the Register of Deeds. 2. Notice of consideration of the resolution vacating the selected highway shall be served on the abutting land owners and others who the Town Clerk reasonably determines may be interested, no later than 30 days prior to the public hearing. 3. The Town Clerk shall publish in the official newspaper a class 3 notice of the public hearing and consideration of the resolution. 4. A public hearing and consideration/adoption of the resolution to vacate the selected highway shall be noticed and placed on the agenda for the Town Board Meeting on / ,20/alibis date must be at least 40 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution).
