Town of Montrose <br /> Regular Board Meeting Minutes <br /> Tuesday,April 7,2015 <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chair Roger Hodel at 8:03 p.m. <br /> Clerk stated for the record that notice had been posted according to Open Meeting Laws. <br /> Present: Chair Roger Hodel,Supervisors Dan Palmer and Randy Francois,and Treasurer Jody Gerner took <br /> minutes as Clerk Julie Bigler had an excused absence. <br /> Others Present: Brad Groh from JT Engineering,Jim Simpson,Jordan Maternoslei,Mahesh Shrestha all from <br /> Wisconsin Department of Transportation,Janice Hageman, Gary Hageman,Ed Short and Land Use Chair Tim <br /> Schmitt <br /> Motion made by Dan Palmer, seconded by Randy Francois and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to <br /> approve March 3,2015 Regular Board Meeting minutes as read. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to <br /> approve March Treasurers report as read. Motion carried. <br /> Announcements: The Town of Montrose extends condolences to the families of Marilyn Duppler and James <br /> Winideman. There will be a Public Hearing on State Highway Construction April 14, 2015 at 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> and the Annual Meeting for the Town of Montrose will be April 21,2015 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Intergovernmental Boundary Committee, Land Use,Joint Planning Committee and/or Long Range Planning: <br /> Tim Schmitt reported that he issued a driveway permit to Nathan Tengler on Flynn Drive. Bryan and Yogi <br /> Brown may want to put a farm field driveway in. The board instructed him to talk with Mark Mussehl. Steve <br /> Gerner, Priority Builders Inc.may need to be on the April 27th Land Use Committee meeting. <br /> Motion made by Dan Palmer,seconded by Randy Francois and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to <br /> approve Rezone to RH-1,Hageman Rev.Trust,Split-off House and Shed from Farm,SE 2.35 Acres of <br /> Existing Parcel 0508-314-8050-9. Motion carried. Tim Schmitt gave information on the re-zone. There will <br /> be a split taken off the farm. The Land Use Committee at the March 23,2015 meeting unanimously <br /> recommended approval of the separation from the main farm of the existing 2.35 acre parcel,parcel number <br /> 0508-314-8050-9 located at 7698 State Road 69 in the NESE of Section 31 and the rezone of this parcel from <br /> A-1 to RH-1. <br /> Motion made by Dan Palmer, seconded by Randy Francois and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to <br /> approve Operator License for Sara Elizabeth Smith.
