Presentation Update on State Highway 69 Construction Changes: Discussion and questions were held on the <br /> plans submitted for preview. These plans are preliminary. There will be more meetings in the future. The first <br /> Public Hearing on State Highway Construction will be held at the Montrose Town Hall on April 14, 2015 at <br /> 5:30- 7:00 p.m. <br /> Resolution 04-07-2015, Resolution A No Fee Permit to Not Exceed Weight and Length Limits for Farm <br /> Implements and Commercial Farm Vehicles when Traveling on Town Roads and County and State Highways. <br /> The town did not do anything by January 15th we automatically set the limit at 92,000 pounds with Option F. <br /> At this time, the Town Board chooses not to take any action. Information received from Carol at Wisconsin <br /> Towns Association. <br /> Motion made by Randy Francois,seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to <br /> approve Ordinance 04-07-2015,to Establish Procedures and Criteria for Allowing Alternative Forms of <br /> Sworn Testimony at Board of Review(BOR) Hearings.
