The plan includes the following <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. The project will be accessed from Keenan Road using a stone tracking pad. The pad will <br /> be a minimum of 50'1 x 24'w x 12"d and be constructed of 3" clear stone. Any material <br /> deposited in the roadway must be cleaned up throughout and at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence or silt sock(12"diameter)must be installed prior to grading in the locations <br /> shown on the plan and where deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil <br /> stockpiles. The silt fence must be maintained until the site has been vegetated and <br /> stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed" or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control <br /> measures will be required. <br /> 4.
