The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (June 15,2010) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the <br /> erosion control and stormwater management requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary.
