r i <br /> I <br /> 4 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO 9869 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and A-2(8)Agricultural <br /> district(s)following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9869 <br /> Part of Section 22, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> LOT 1: A-1 EX TO RH-1 <br /> A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, T5N, R10E, <br /> in the Township of Rutland, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 22, thence N 88°1017" E, along <br /> the south line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, 684.42 feet, to a point which is the <br /> southeasterly most corner of Certified Survey Map Number 2020, and the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence N 88°10'17" E, along the south line of said SW 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4, 467.51 feet; thence N 01°49'43" W, 238.23 feet; thence S 88°10'17" W, <br /> 457.39 feet to a point on the easterly boundary line of Certified Survey Map Number <br /> 2020; thence S 00°36'18" W, along the easterly boundary line of said C.S.M.
