Harold and Kim Pletzer(whom we bought our <br /> property from)and Brian and Tanya Droessler(our neighbor)also had the same issue when they <br /> tried to build on their property. There is supposed to be documentation with both the Droessler and <br /> Pletzer families to prove there is no navigable stream. Is there a way to check their files/records for <br /> proof of this documentation? <br /> Thank you for the copy of the document showing that the stream located on Lot 2, CSM 8290 was <br /> not navigable in 1998.
