(The minimum setback from the 0 dinary High Water Mark of a navigable stream is 75 feet; within <br /> 10 feet of the minimum setback, a verification su ey is required. To avoid the survey requirement, a setback of <br /> 85 feet or more is suggested.) I can send you a opy of the printout showing the stream, if you wish. <br /> If you choose this option, please revise your si e plan to show the stream, the new shed location with 75 feet <br /> minimum setback from the stream, as well as the driveway/parking areas and other information requested earlier <br /> to obtain a Zoning Permit. <br /> OR <br /> 2) Request a Navigability Determination from the Dane County Zoning Division. The fee is $125. A Zoning <br /> Inspector will visit your property to assess the st-tus on the stream. If the inspector finds a navigable stream, he <br /> may be able to show you where the 75 foot setb-ck is located in the vicinity of the proposed shed.
