Town of Montrose <br /> Regular Board Minutes <br /> Tuesday, October 6, 2015 - 8:00 p.m. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chair Roger Hodel at 8:02 p.m. <br /> Clerk stated for the record that notice had been posted according to Open Meeting Laws. <br /> Present: Chair Roger Hodel, Supervisors Dan Palmer and Randy Francois, Clerk Julie Bigler <br /> and Treasurer Jody Gemer. <br /> Others Present: Dane County Deputy Sheriff Leslie Fox, Dennis Midthun, Bill Warner, Robin <br /> Mittenthal and Molly Freitag <br /> Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by <br /> Roger Hodel to approve September 1, 2015 Regular Board Meeting minutes as read and <br /> corrected. Motion carried. Corrected the duplicate name in the motion to approve the <br /> August 4, 2015 minutes. <br /> Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by <br /> Roger Hodel to approve September 2015 Treasurers report as read and pay all bills. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Announcements: <br /> Congratulations to Jim and Sheryl Fahey on their 50th wedding anniversary. The Budget <br /> Workshop will be October 8, 2015 and Budget Hearing November 3, 2015 and the EMS <br /> Annual Meeting will take place on October 13, 2015. Molly Freitag stated she will be meeting <br /> with Ed Short at the Pioneer Cemetery. Roger Hodel stated that he talked to Pam Dumphy from <br /> Strand Associates regarding repair on the Hwy PB bridge. Public Information Meetings may <br /> start in December for Hwy PB bridge. There will be a Public Information Meeting on <br /> November 3, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. here at the town hall regarding the bridge repair on Hwy A <br /> coordinated by Chad Wagner with MSA. Construction will be in 2-3 years. <br /> Nothing reported on Intergovernmental Sub-Committee, Land Use and/or Long Range Planning <br /> Committee: <br /> Motion made by Dan Palmer, seconded by Randy Francois, and made unanimous by <br /> Roger Hodel to approve Dane County Planning & Development Amended CUP#2324 by <br /> Knight Family Farm, 6610 Sun Valley Parkway, Conditionally Approved by the Dane <br /> County Zoning & Land Regulation Committee on August 25, 2015. Motion carried <br />
