The Land Use Committee made the <br /> following motion: Deb moved and Jerome seconded to recommend town board approval of <br /> Dane County Planning's CUP-201 5-02324 application from the Knight Family Farm to <br /> build a new farm residence at 6610 Sun Valley Parkway,provided that 1) a driveway that <br /> meets the town's driveway standards, including use by emergency vehicles, can be engineered <br /> at the location appearing on the aerial map provided July 27, 2015 to the LUC or at a <br /> modified location, if needed to meet standards; and 2) all other county requirements, <br /> including storm water management, can be met. Motion carried unanimously, with Junior <br /> abstaining. Motion carried. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Public Input: Belleville Library Director Bronna Lehman presented information to the Town <br /> Board on the Belleville Public Library Strategic Plan for 2015-2018. A special committee was <br /> created to listen to what people thought w as needed. A survey was mailed out and the library <br /> received over 800 responses. Five strategic goals were set up. The library acquired 500 square <br /> feet of additional space from the area that was vacated by the Senior Center. Remodeling <br /> started today(8-4-15) . <br /> Bill Pauli had his choices for the bench the family would like to put in the front of the town hall <br /> in memory of his father.
