AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> The following is/are amendment(s) to the Lease Agreement between Knight Family Farm and Clean <br /> Fresh Food,LLC,dated August 15,2013. All other terms of the original lease agreement remain in <br /> effect. <br /> 4. Rent: <br /> Rent shall be deferred until such time as the operations become profitable,as determined by <br /> amounts shown on the most recent financial statements. In the absence of financial statements,the <br /> most recently filed federal income tax return for the Partnership (Form 1065).
