All disturbed areas associated with driveway construction must be permanently <br /> seeded and mulched or covered with stone by October 15, 2008. <br /> Foundation construction is planned to begin July 20, 2009. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with home construction must be permanently <br /> seeded and mulched by September 9,2009. <br /> Sewage drainage field construction is planned to begin May 1,2011. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with sewage drainage construction will be <br /> permanentaly seeded and mulched by June 1, 2011. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (June 1, 2011) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the <br /> erosion control and stormwater management requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit <br /> card from the Land Conservation counter and display it on the site prior to disturbing <br /> ground.
