Doing so would permit the land to remain <br /> agricultural without threat of someone purchasing the property from Mr. Gust and constructing <br /> a single family home on the property. This would inevitably create land use conflicts "down the <br /> road". Permitting the e?,change would also eliminate an "eye sore" along one of the gateway <br /> entrances to the City of Verona. <br /> Since we are not aware of the County zoning requirements and/or other regulations that may or <br /> may not permit Mr. Gust from accomplishing his goal,we asking for your assistance.
