It currently includes a house and detached garage, a"shop"and a <br /> second detached garage, and a mobile home. The mobile home as a second residence on this parcel is <br /> an illegal use. Apparently, Clemens intends to remove the mobile home in order to bring the use of this <br /> parcel into compliance. He also wishes to bring both the zoning and land division status into <br /> compliance by rezoning to <br /> A-2(1)and recording a CSM. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7428.
