Clearly, the spirit of the <br /> agreement was that Milwaukee Repeater would do whatever it took to develop a new access. <br /> Since they have apparently not taken this task seriously, their lack of progress is not surprising. I <br /> urge your swift rejection of the request to remove this Deed Restriction.
