TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT Regarding Zoning Petition # 2 ,c /-5- 30 Public Hearing / /5- �[J Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of M e_ &% wo`.. _ having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby prove /Denied). The Town Planning Commission, consisting of members voted in favor and opposed. The Town Board, consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor and t7 opposed. The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no conditions) Contingent upon a filed Deed Restriction on all parcels stateing that no rurtner residential development will be allowed. Since the division of this parcel is needed to correct existing zoning violations it will need to be stipulated that the individual parcels are created to remedy these violations and that these individual parcels can not be sold separately but all parcels must be sold as one . .
