U APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Cornwell/Hamre to approve the minutes of the December 8 and 15, 1998 meetings of the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee;carried 6-0. III. PUBLIC COMMENT: None W. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS 1. PETITION#7415 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1530 by Richard Wallen to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to A-2(2)Agricultural,A-2(8)Agricultural,and A-2(1)Agricultural and also allow horse boarding stables,riding stables,hay and sleigh rides,horse shows and similar events,and unlimited livestock on property located at 5468 and 5470 State Highway 73 in part of the NW 1/4 Section 22,Town of Medina Motion by Anderson/Hamre to impose a deed restriction specifying that no further residential development will be allowed on the rezone areas and that the mobile home on the A-2(2)is restricted to use by employees of the farm or family members of the owner;carried 6-0. Motion by Anderson/Hamre to approve as amended;carried 6-0. 2. PETITION#7416 by David&Robin Bouril to change the zoning from RE-1 Recreational to R-3A Residential on property located West of 4505 Windsor Road in part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30,Town of Windsor. Motion by Cornwell/Kuhn to postpone action to a future meeting; carried 6-0. 3. PETITION#7418 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1531 by Kegonsa Joint Sanitary District to change the zoning from RI-I-1 Rural Homes to R-1 Residential and also allow governmental use-Sanitary District Administration Building on property located at 2240 US Highway 51 in part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Dunn. Motion by Harare/Cornwell to approve;carried 6-0. 4. PETITION#7419 by James North to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural,and R-1 Residential to R-2 Residential,and B-1 Local Business on property located at 69 and 71 US Highway 51 in part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34,Town of Albion. Motion by Anderson/Hamre to approve;carried 6-0. 5. PETITION#7420 by Agnes Harless to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to CO-1 Conservancy on property located across from 5907 Cherry Lane in part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 12,Town of Medina. Motion by Kuhn/Cornwell to postpone action to a future meeting; carried 6-0.
