PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> W. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 1. PETITION#7415 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1530 by Richard Wallen to change the zoning from <br /> A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to A-2(2)Agricultural,A-2(8)Agricultural,and A-2(1)Agricultural and also allow <br /> horse boarding stables,riding stables,hay and sleigh rides,horse shows and similar events,and unlimited livestock <br /> on property located at 5468 and 5470 State Highway 73 in part of the NW 1/4 Section 22,Town of Medina <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hamre to impose a deed restriction specifying that no further residential <br /> development will be allowed on the rezone areas and that the mobile home on the A-2(2)is restricted to <br /> use by employees of the farm or family members of the owner;carried 6-0. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hamre to approve as amended;carried 6-0. <br /> 2.
