Sind the division of this parcel i• needed to correct existing zoning violations it will need to <br /> he stipulated that the individual panels are created to remedy these violations and that these <br /> individual parcels can not be sold s-i,aratcly but all parcels must be sold as one. <br /> 2. A deed restriction must he placed on all parcels stipulating that no further residential _--- <br /> development will be allowed. <br /> 3. It must he stipulated that use oft e mobile home on Lot I is restricted to use by employees of' <br /> ' the farm or family members of the . Cr as allowed under the Town of Medina Mobile Home <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. Since the parent parcel consists o over 16 acres the Town has no objection to the CLIP for <br /> unlimited animals. <br /> 5. The Town also has no objection t allowing a CUP to MR. Wallen for operation of his stable. <br /> We would prefer that this CLIP he li ited to horse related activities and that use as a kennel he <br /> excluded from this CUP. <br /> 6.
