IENDMENT NO. 7415 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning District in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the A-2(1), A-2(2), and A-2(8) <br /> Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7415/1530 <br /> TO A-2(2): <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South 1678.7 feet along <br /> the centerline of State Highway 73; thence N88°45'00"East, 60.01±feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence continue N88°45'00"East, 1265±feet; thence <br /> N05°49' West, 66 feet; thence S88°45' West, 585 feet; thence North, 89 feet to the <br /> centerrine of Kroneman Road; thence S88°24' West along said centerline, 571 feet to the <br /> East right-of-way of State Highway 73; thence South along said East right-of-way, 152 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(8): <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South 1196.77 feet along <br /> the centerline of State Highway 73; thence N86°30'15" East 60.11 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N86°30'15"East 1728.36; thence SO4°08'05"East, 258.83 <br /> feet; thence N88°24'40" West, 186.46 feet; thence S05°00'20" West, 304.45 feet; thence <br /> S88°45'00" West 326±feet; thence N05°49' West, 168±feet; thence N85°30' West, <br /> 212±feet; thence S01°36' East, 33 feet to the centerline of Kroneman Road; thence± <br /> S88°24' West along said centerline, 936±feet; to the Easterly right-of-way for State <br /> Highway 73 thence North along said right-of-way 332±feet to the point to beginning. <br /> TO A-2(1): <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South 1678.7 feet along <br /> the centerline of State Highway 73; thence N88°45'00"East, 1265±feet; thence N05°49' <br /> West, 66 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N05°49' West, 102 feet; thence <br /> N85°30' West, 212 feet; thence south, 33 feet; thence S88°24' West, 365 feet; thence <br /> South, 89 feet; thence N88°45' East 585.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY R EOUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
