DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7414 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7414 <br /> TO A-2: <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Blue <br /> Mounds described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 33; <br /> thence S89°53'19"East, 3967.50 feet to the Southwest corner of said SE1/4 NE 1/4 and <br /> the point of beginning; thence N00°27'04" East along the West line of said SE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4, 408.63 feet; thence N90°00'00"East 1045.66 feet; thence S00°16'39" West, 670.64 <br /> feet to the centerline of Mayflower Road; thence N89°25'53" West along said centerline, <br /> 54.37 feet to the point of curvature of a 1665.54 feef radius centerline curve to the left; <br /> thence Southwesterly 178.37 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central <br /> angle of 06°08'10" and a long chord of 178.28 feet that bears S87°30'02" West, thence <br /> S84°25'57" West along said centerline, 818.70 feet to the West line of said NE /14 SE <br /> 1/4; thence N00°16'39' East along said West line, 348.68 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
