That no further residential development will be allowed on the A-2 and RH-1 rezone areas and that <br /> there shall be no residential develpment on the balance of parcels 0606-331-9500 and 0606-342-9000. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
