After the board meeting on April 22, our <br /> understanding is that you need more information from the Ice Age Trail <br /> Foundation. Hop(fully this letter, dated 4-9-99 will help, <br /> Since we, the Wipperfu ths, have purchased the parcel of property from <br /> Allan and Lori Bra:unig, we own the bottom portion of the road and Allan and <br /> Lori still own the i op portion of the three quarter mile road. As land owners, <br /> the Breunigs and Wipperfurths actually own the road and the Ice Age Trail <br /> Foundation has thi. easement to use it. (Although the Wipperfurths are not <br /> listed on this letto as having access, we would because of being the new land <br /> owners.) The lett, r also explains that the pubic is not allowed to use that <br /> road for access to the Ice Age Trail, but are required to use a walk in access <br /> on the back side c f the property on Ballweg road. <br /> We were also .mclear, after Thursday night's board meeting, if this will be <br /> put on the agenda for your next regular zoning committee meeting or at your <br /> work session.
