TOWN OF ROXBURY <br /> The Town of Roxbury Town Board passed the following conditions for a deed restriction to be <br /> added to Zoning Petition No. 7409, Al&Lori Breunig on Monday, January 18,1999. <br /> All measurements will be from the surveyed line from the survey done by, David R. Cheney- <br /> Surveyor, on October 27,1998. <br /> All snow to be plowed away from survey line.
