The conditions of the variance are listed in the approval letter dated May 8, 1992 and attached. Those <br /> conditions include: <br /> --Water meters which are to be read before and after each event <br /> --Reporting attendance at each event including employees <br /> —Checking the holding tank after each event and pumping it as necessary <br /> --Reporting the water meter readings and attendance as well at holding <br /> tank pumping to Dane County Environmental Health on a monthly <br /> basis. <br /> This variance was based on a maximum seating capacity of 8,700. <br /> You can look through the rest of the material I'm sending for background information going back to 1983. <br /> When you bought the Speedway you bought the conditions of the variance.
