September 28 , 1998 <br /> Dear Sir; <br /> I would like to have the deed restriction on the parcel of <br /> land in section 26 of Vienna Township removed. The restriction <br /> could then be placed on the parcel immediatly east of it . <br /> These two parcels are both owned by Midthun Bros . and this move <br /> would enable a home for my wife and myself to be built on it . <br /> The parcel to be deed restricted is adjoining the present <br /> parcel and would not change the existing number of homes <br /> allowed to be built. <br /> Thank you <br /> Thomas M.
