Here is the language I would suggest <br /> for the Deed Restriction: <br /> DEED RESTRICTION <br /> 1.Prohibit any further residential building development on the parcel from which the R-1A parcel is split <br /> (currently identified as Tax Parcel Number 32-0909-262-9001-9 located in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section <br /> 26,Town of Vienna.) The legal description of said parcel is to be identified in the restrictive covenant; <br /> and <br /> 2.Prohibit any further residential building development on Tax Parcel Number 32-0909-262-9540-7, <br /> described as:"The West 30 acres of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 26,Town of Vienna." <br /> I used the language of the Deed Restriction for Pet. 6370 for the 6.4 acre RH-2 parcel(Lot 1,CSM 8052.) <br /> (See copy attached.) That way,the Deed Restriction document will apply to the affected parcel,not the <br /> new R-1A lot.
