SECTIO1Nt 33
The submitted erosion cc ntrol plan meets the needs of the site with the following additions:
1. Installation of an entrance tracking pad 20' x 150' x 12' of 6" clear stone to prevent
tracking onto the public highway. The tracking shall be maintained at all times. Sediment
reaching the public roadway shall be removed by street cleaning(not flushing) at the end
of each workday ix-more frequently, if necessary.
2. Within 14 days af.er the beginning grading for the access road and ditches, an erosion
control mat shall 1 H installed to a height of 1 foot above the£towline.
The seed in the di aches shall be applied 506/0 under the erosion mat.
3. A sediment basin ;hall be constructed prior to any grading activity. The sediment basin
is required to comply with erosion control ordinance to reduce sediment to 7.5 tons/acre.
Three feet of permanent pool is required below the dewatering orifice to store sediment
during the life of t le project.
The erosion contn)1 plan requires that the outside of the containment berm around the
sediment basin be completed in four days from start of initial grading to application of
the polymer mulct
The berm around i he basin requires a combination of polymer and mulch treatment to
reduce sediment to the county standards. The polymer shall be applied at a rate of 5 lbs.
per acre. The mul:h shall be applied at a rate of 750 lbs. per acre.
The outlet of the s ediment basin needs to be protected with I)so rip-rap to reduce flow
velocities and stab line the outlet.
